RETURN POLICY
Refunds will be issued on some items ( ***see exceptions below) if returned within 14 days to the original form of payment ONLY!!
RETURNS MUST MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS:
- Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, soiled, and without clothing tags. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale.
- Merchandise must have all tags, including any hangtags attached.
Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned
***Non-returnable merchandise includes sale products, formal dresses, swimwear, bodysuits, bodysuit sets, lingerie, lip gloss, eyelashes, nails, sunglasses, skincare products, makeup.
We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear, the smell of fragrances, and smoke.
- The customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to Touch Me Textures
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Touchmetextures.com diligently inspects all items before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is unlikely. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a full refund.
**Please include your original packing slip so we know who you are. If you've misplaced your packing slip no worries, you may enclose a note with your full name and/or order number and the email address you used in your original purchase.
We also participate in drop shipping so you will receive the address of where you will send the return depending on the item purchased.

RETURN PROCESSING TIME
Upon receipt of your package, your return will be processed within 3-4 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.

All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 1-3 business days or sooner.
We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses or unclaimed/refused packages. You may track your package using the supplied tracking number in your shipment confirmation email.

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

US Orders:
- USPS standard shipping 5-7 business days.
- Priority 4-5 business days
- Express mail 1-2 business days (Guaranteed within 2 business days).

When your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email that includes your tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your shipment.
