Refund Policy


Attention!!! We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once they are signed for. ALL shipments will require a signature for delivery.

Please examine your package before signing for it.
Note: We ship in three different packages. (Flat rate envelopes or Paks & medium boxes) via FedEx, UPS, or USPS.

Flat rate envelope: If the package is evenly flat, please refuse the package.
Flat Paks: If the Pak seems flat or deflated, please refuse the package.
Medium/large boxes: This is a Touch Me Textures box within the shipping box.
Hold package firmly(holding both boxes together) shake to detect that the contents are inside. If it seems hollow, refuse the package.

We only ship products to confirmed addresses.  The address must confirm via PayPal. If the shipping address is not the same as the billing address connected with your ATM/Debit/Checking account, it will not confirm. Please allow 2 days to prepare to ship. Shipping inside the US may take 5-7 business days. We only ship Monday – Friday. Standard shipping rates are  $6.95 Flat Rate Shipping and $24.00 Express Shipping Rates.


Although we are looking to do so in the future, at the moment Touch Me Textures does NOT ship orders internationally.


All Hair must be in its natural state meaning no dye, no chemicals, Unravel, or no cutting of the weft (unused). You are allowed to exchange hair but you are responsible for all shipping fees unless we are at fault. You are allowed to exchange within 7 days from original purchase for a new bundle, no refunds will be issued.


Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with an exchange if the correct item was received. Please note that issues concerning length and color variation of the hair are not valid reasons for an exchange. Please visit our length chart in the product shopping section to ensure that you are ordering the correct length of hair to achieve your style. Products that have been untied, washed, installed, and/or tampered with are not eligible for an exchange so please examine each bundle while it is still tied to make sure you are satisfied with the product. We recommend purchasing insurance and delivery confirmation to ensure that we safely receive your order.

****Because of the personal nature of “Rated X” items, they are NOT returnable or exchangeable.  


Touch Me Textures is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. A signature is required on all packages to avoid stolen shipments. We will not issue any refunds if your package is returned to Touch Me Textures. Once the package arrives, we will contact you in order to ship the package again.
